The Definition of Spirituality is Personal to Everyone
There is no single recognized definition of spiritual health. Spirituality is sometimes defined as religion-related and it should not be since spirituality is not a religion. The definition of spirituality is something very personal indeed.
The
modern way of defining spiritual health is "a sense of self and purpose
for the humanity". In order to have Spiritual Health, we need to work
on how we see things. We need to detach from our negative emotional
reactions, which can control us and cause sickness and disease.

I invite you to subscribe to Eckhart Tolle's teachings. To me, his approach and tools help a great deal in bringing an overall human consciousness and improve spiritual health in our day to day lives
A present moment reminder from Eckhart:
"Somebody, I don't recall who, once said: "When you get there, there's no there there". This applies not only to location in space, but also to time: when you get to the future, you find yourself in the present moment. So the future never comes. Don't let the thought of future (or past) obscure the preciousness of the present moment."
At the core of Eckhart Tolle TV is Eckhart's "Private Seminar".
It's new and original teachings done by Eckhart, which lasts 60-90 minutes.
